We are getting wide spread reports of wireless users having problems authenticating to the network. The problem does not appear to be a Comcast issue. Clients are able to see the logon screen with no problems. But, some clients are reportedly taking multiple attempts to logon and others are not able to logon at all. There is no estimated time of resumption of normal service. I am sorry, the only suggestion I have is to try again later. There is no reason to believe this is related to the failure of the campus firewall this morning.
